Born in Las Cruces, Kristal attended New Mexico State University as a 7-time Dean’s List Honoree, having graduated in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration. She was introduced to the title and mortgage industry nearly a decade ago and has spent time working for companies such as Peoples Home Lending, Proficio Mortgage Ventures and most recently in Plano, Texas with TranStar National Title, where she served as a closer for transactions all over the United States. These years of industry experience will serve her well as she becomes an escrow officer for our company. Kristal recently married Terry Troutman, who serves as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter for First American Bank in Las Cruces. They enjoy being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Kristal is excited to be back home in Las Cruces and will be serving as an Escrow Officer at Camino Real Abstract & Title’s 230 S. Alameda location in the heart of downtown Las Cruces. She very much looks forward to serving the Realtors, lenders and consumers of Las Cruces!
